JavaScript errors .. never ends

Very poor interface …

Poorly updated

It gets updated on some parts of the App but not in others..

App still crashing

The app still crashes on startup even after the latest bug fixes. Very annoying!

Scores not updating

Live scores regularly stuck and do not update even when navigating to different options and coming back. Never seen anything like that..

The 2020 app hits an all new low

The aus open app has never been great to start with... But the latest one this year is something else. Scrolling through any kind of list is glitchy and keeps freezing. Sometimes while scrolling the list automatically refreshes and you’re at a different place suddenly. Navigating from any part of the app to another is horribly unresponsive... You end up clicking multiple times... The app has tried to combine 2 types of users: the one who is visiting Melbourne for the open and the others who are not. The requirements of both these groups are quite different and trying to cater to both has made the app extremely cluttered and without focus Aus open is said to set the standards in excellence in everything else. But sadly not in the case of its official app...

Totally not updated. No head to head feature,....

2019 version

2019 version is a letdown. I can’t even find the draws, schedule and results which are so easily found on the AO website.

Worst version in the history of AusOpen app

Huge Letdown. Nothing really works. Suspect someone at the backend underestimated the server load requirement. It got better as we progressed in the tournament, likely because people are prematurely deleting the app. I got rid of the app too. Lousy UI. Utterly useless. Please change app developer.

Used to be so much better

The scrolling to view live scores, the muted videos, the lagging updates. Please revert to the older version where it's so much better. AO was my fav app amongst all the grand slams app. What a letdown.

Not great compared to previous editions

This year’s app is very clunky and hard to navigate.
