Once you get the app and you’re in the system, reapplying is super easy. You don’t have to start an application from scratch.

With the Passport scanning, auto complete, and Apple Pay, I barely had to type anything and very quickly sailed through the application. I thought I would have to coach my mother but she easily got it done herself. My only complaint is that with the newer US passport, it seems to better scan by passing over the rear of the book and not on the picture page.

Instructions are wrong, and no support is available during early steps. If you get through that challenge the app is usable.

Had difficulty getting app to accept my photo. I suggest you not try to take a selfie. Have somebody else take it.

Scanning passport page and chip then the photo are not simple and quick but much easier than NZeTA.

My wife and I each spent a ton of time try trying to get the app to scan both photos and passport. Over and over, it failed to work. Finally got it to work on the tenth time 🙁

Very user friendly, but I had to turn my VPN off for the payment to go through. Ideally there should be a note about this on the page. Otherwise great stuff

Our family was not told we needed an eta visa until last minute and this app allowed us to scan our passports and we got our visa within minutes. THANK YOU!
