Ich bin ein Nutzer einer privaten Ladestation. Diese App startet den Ladevorgang sehr stabil. Früher habe ich auch ChargePoint benutzt,aber das war zu kompliziert und funktionierte oft nicht.

Die Möglichkeit, den Ladeort genau auf der Karte zu finden, ist sehr hilfreich für mich! Diese App ist wirklich gut gemacht.

Stabil und zuverlässig
Diese App funktioniert beim Laden sehr gut und stabil, absolut empfehlenswert.
An sich ok
Schade, dass man in der neusten Version der App keine Zusammenfassung der Gesamtkosten für die einzelnen Monate mehr sieht. An sich eine übersichtliche App, in der man die nötigen Informationen bekommt. Nur manchmal bricht die Verbindung zur Wallbox ab und man muss erst wieder mit dem Handy in die Nähe der Box.

The History is not available over BT. The App needs the Box to have WIFI or history doesn’t work…
Major Bug
After a few charges, the app is stuck thinking my car is charging (it isn't). It says I've been in a charge session for over 145 hours and counting and won't let me stop it via the app. Customer support says the only fix is to delete my account and recreate it but the app won't let me do that because it still thinks I'm in a charge session.
Need Apple/Google wallets support
I love my Autel charger and the app does a great job. Supporting wallet like ChargePoint will be a great improvement.
They can brick your charger
The recent firmware update / app update resulted in both my chargers running at 1.6A, meaning my vehicles didn't get charged despite being plugged in for more than 24 hours. Forcing a charge on the phone app also results in a 1.6A trickle. Factory reset gets you to the next step, but the you can't set up load balancing between the two chargers, which was the whole point of buying autel. It insists that 12kW is too much. No it was fine until your last update... I am in a situation that i can't reliably charge my two EVs, simply because they bricked the chargers, for all intents and purposes. There's no support either. Infuriating.
