After a few charges, the app is stuck thinking my car is charging (it isn't). It says I've been in a charge session for over 145 hours and counting and won't let me stop it via the app. Customer support says the only fix is to delete my account and recreate it but the app won't let me do that because it still thinks I'm in a charge session.

I love my Autel charger and the app does a great job. Supporting wallet like ChargePoint will be a great improvement.

The recent firmware update / app update resulted in both my chargers running at 1.6A, meaning my vehicles didn't get charged despite being plugged in for more than 24 hours. Forcing a charge on the phone app also results in a 1.6A trickle. Factory reset gets you to the next step, but the you can't set up load balancing between the two chargers, which was the whole point of buying autel. It insists that 12kW is too much. No it was fine until your last update... I am in a situation that i can't reliably charge my two EVs, simply because they bricked the chargers, for all intents and purposes. There's no support either. Infuriating.

Yes, of course you need microphone access to charge my car.

The app should allow you to keep credits on the account like ChargePoint. If you prepay $20 and then end up having to leave unexpectedly the refund takes days, so then you need to prepay again when coming back instead of just plugging in again and it feeding off your existing balance. The app is okay, but definitely should have 2FA as a security measure added as well.

Previously, you used to be able to easily see the instant kW the vehicle was drawing. Now, the only way to find kW is by opening the graph. There is no longer a numerical display of kW, only kWh. I like to see what the vehicle is drawing at the present more than seeing the total kWh. App worked better before the redesign, hence the low rating.

After a recent update, the app seems to stop charging at midnight. I have my charger scheduled to only charge after 9pm until 6am the next day (free electricity during that time for me) and for some reason it stops at 12pm. Please fix this.

The app works well but has odd quirks and the most recent UI change looks nicer but provides false information and removed easy access to other information. The app defaults to public chargers rather than private even though I have never used a public Autel charger in my life. (The app has been updated to default to the home charger but doesn’t fix all the other issues) It calculates a cost savings vs gas but uses a fuel price that is twice the cost of fuel around me. While charging it used to show session cost based on my input electric rate. It no longer shows that. It used to use the instantaneous voltage, power, and current used by the charger. Now you can only get that by reading a small graph. Keep the new visuals but put back the good information!!
