I have asked repeatedly that I have not subscriped you guys. And you have charged me forcefully. Now i am reaching out at each of your forum and you are not returning my money. This is a very bad app who take holds of people money

Did not work the very first time I needed it and ended up authenticating another way. Still have to pay for the “free trial”.

Will not scan qr. almost impossible to cancel

I found no direction to get this started. The set up is not at all intuitive. It opens to the get started page and does nothing after. I canceled the subscription the first day.

This is garbage it does nothing to help you with Facebook to get back into your account complete garbage

I have literally spent an hour and 15 minutes trying to authenticate a user account that should take a minute and a half. Garbage.

This app would be somewhat useful if you had to create an account so you’re able to log back in if you delete the app or get a new phone. But nope! Once you delete the app you aren’t able to create a new account and disconnect your account from the first time you used it. Good way to lose accounts forever.
