What a great resource
This is an amazing tool for us - use it everyday to help my child
Ok but could be better
It’s missing the dashboard page where the Customer success manager and Therapist details is listed. The notification bell also doesn’t work. My OCD keep telling me to check the outstanding message, when trying to open the notification bell it doesn’t work. I think the app overall is ok but I think the web browser is better in some ways. Feedback to dev for future enhancement - When watching the video if we leave the app, it’ll force us to start the video from the beginning. Can you enable the ability for the app to save where we left off. We also don’t have the ability to save app we want to watch in future. This would help improve UX.
Video sound out of sync
When watching long video about 50 minutes long, especially those videos in workshop section, if pausing video and resume again, the video would play without any sound in beginning. Then sound is back but it is not in sync with the video anymore. Very frustratingly hard to complete watching a whole video.
