When voice is clear, fluent and there are no background noises the system can achieve more than 80% WER (word errors), however when there are background noises or music it can achieve much less than 80% and also result in short breaks in the transcription. Subscription Pricing & Terms:
AutoCap currently offers Starter Plan for $4.99 USD per month or 24.99 USD per year. This price is only for US customers. Depending on your country of residence, this price may be converted to your local currency.
Starter Plan will automatically renew at the end of each term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period and payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
However, if you are not satisfied with or you no longer need the Starter Plan, you can turn off auto-renew at anytime from your iTunes account settings. However, any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable and AutoCap will not provide any refunds for any unused portion of the subscription term.

Assinei o App e não está mais gerando as legendas
Comprei o aplicativo na esperança de conseguir trabalhar com as legendas, mas agora ele só trava e salva o vídeo sem legenda alguma no meu iPhone 11, como faço pra resolver esse problema?
Problema
Quando clica selecionar o vídeo, aparece para escolher o idioma.
Bom, mas precisa melhorar muito
A transcrição até que é bem precisa, mas editar é um pesadelo. Achar onde desativava as palavras destacadas foi um martírio. Às vezes o marcador não move pra vc revisar as últimas frases. A legenda só move para o topo quando quer, às vezes vc arrasta e ela não passa da metade da tela. Mas calma que piora: Fiquei mais de hora editando a transcrição, quando cheguei no minuto 3,5, cadê o resto? Daí pra frente até o final (8), não tinha mais nada. Simplesmente perdi o trabalho todo.

O app mo IPhone não está executando o áudio na prévia, gostaria de comprar o app. Poderia ajudar?
Fecha sozinho e não legenda
Estou tentando legendar um vídeo de 7:17. No fim do processo de transcrição o app fecha sozinho. Quando reabro ele não transcreveu. Quando transcreve, faz só o primeiro minuto. Já tentei 5 vezes e a mesma coisas.
Ta bugado
Quando faço todo processo e clico no next o aplicativo fecha 😒
Não está saindo som nos vídeos
Quando coloco para legendar o som fica mudo . Inclusive paguei pra utilizar o serviço . Péssimo !
