Half of the app is not working properly

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select or record a video with speaking audio in it or use camera to record one
2. Select the video language and exported format (landscape/square / portrait) and click Next
2. Edit and change the results of the automated voice recognition.
3. Select text style, color and animation and export format (landscape , square video)
4. Save as a video file and share!
** We use the best voice recognition services in the market, yet this technology has some limitations. When voice is clear, fluent and there are no background noises the system can achieve more than 80% WER (word errors), however when there are background noises or music it can achieve much less than 80% and also result in short breaks in the transcription. We are working constantly to improve this.
Subscription Pricing & Terms:
AutoCap currently offers Starter Plan for $4.99 USD per month or 24.99 USD per year. This price is only for US customers. Depending on your country of residence, this price may be converted to your local currency.
Starter Plan will automatically renew at the end of each term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period and payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
However, if you are not satisfied with or you no longer need the Starter Plan, you can turn off auto-renew at anytime from your iTunes account settings. However, any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable and AutoCap will not provide any refunds for any unused portion of the subscription term.

It doesn't work in Persian language ,
Sucks
I spent 10 minutes recording for a school project and it only saved 5 seconds of my whole video. I don’t recommend.
Literal Garbage
Half of the time it’s hella janky and barely even works. Other half of the time it does the literal opposite of what you’re trying to make it do.
Love it!
I am enjoying autocap! I’m still learning the translation part. I still edit words but it cuts a lot of time!
Bring more colour options.
I am using paid version of autocap from about 6 months, But not satisfied. You can only chose 2 colours for the text in a single video. Also more animations should be added to the texts.
Can’t depend on at all
Reply to the developer: I refuse your conditional offer ! “Email sent” Unfortunately I paid for a year of subscription before discovering that it’s a useless app and can’t do the job at all so I had to pay for another app which is doing much better To be more specific, every time I use this app it doesn’t recognize most of the audio like other apps do, so I have to complete typing the subtitles manually which makes me sick. I can’t say the other apps are complete, not at all. There’s no perfect subtitle app yet but at least others need minor corrections only !
Good but a little buggy
I like autocap, but have to restart my phone about 30% of the time to make sure the app works. Don’t have to do that with other apps.
Saving is impossible
I did the work of correcting an 11 minute video and now it will not save! I really do not want to start over. Any suggestions on a better app that does not require so many corrections?
Beware the bugs
While the basics work, Every time I press on the settings options the app closes and i have to restart, so because of this I can’t change any fonts or colours which is irritating because the default text is huge
