Used the app for very first time and had a such a poor experience which I didn’t expected. Prices are too high. What ever you will earn from the app,You will end up paying for the vehicle.

I was terminated because I spoke out about customer service and their dirty cars that have never ever been cleaned. So I signed up with capital one got a credit card, went to hertz and got a Tesla for 450 a week down from 497 a week. If you went a car from Autzu for two full days expect to pay over 500 with charge fees. I’ve also spoke to some of the corporate workers and I’ve been told that one guy had to fight for six months to get paid. Companies like this should not be around because they’re lowering Canadian standards.

There is much better service expectation we have

The company charge you too much. Work whole day to just pay car rent Company play all the silly tricks to charge driver more like (You cannot extend your time for 1 hour at-least two hour ,minimum seventy percent charge required to return your car otherwise charge you money (Reason very few fast chargers available and you have to at-least charge your vehicle two to three times to keep the 70 percent when returning the car).you waste lot of your time in searching for chargers.Only getting uber x rides, premium rides chances are like 1 percent.The car pickup and return locations are one of the busiest locations in the city .you have to stop working at least 1.30 hours before so you can return your car.Otherwise charge you big penalty.At last waste of my day .Only one thing i like the car condition is good.

Overall, Autzu is a complete waste of time and money. They do not care about their customers only just their profits. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company that values customer service. Avoid Autzu like the plague!

Cancelling the booking however they want. Dont waste time booking with them

I need someone at Autzu to contact me asap. The contact button isn’t working, the app is not working, and I’m stuck at a charging port in Pickering (not plugged in) unable to start the motor and go. Mikhail Devine. There needs to be an easier way to reach you in cases like this.

I have been requesting call for weeks and no one calls back.. it say they should call with in 5 to 10 minutes and no one calls.. who ever came with idea of request call to call the driver it’s not it’s horrible.. they need to have 24 hour customer service operators support that can contact directly

Can’t even break even straight up scam

They instantly book a car in a second and deducted cancellation fees. Be carefull they just book a car without confirmation.
