I never know what Avast has done for me as I never get notified of malware threat sites I visit or hack attempts etc that I’ve been subjected to. The results of the smart scan are always the same. No issues.

This app helped me find out what was making my wifi so slow and showed me solutions to the problems, but you have to pay. Still amazing.

The good -Avast One has exceptional overall performance. - Initial glitches with the product were swiftly resolved by the team. Great work. -Senior technical support so far has been excellent and explanations provided and helpful. What to do differently : -When an issue arises , there’s an opportunity to explain to consumers 1) what caused the problem / issue (s) , 2) what measures are implemented to prevent the problem happening again and 3) regular updates and explanations are advantageous -Explore it for yourselves using the free version. The bad : -Costumer etiquette could be improved -Was informed “don’t contact us “,by a member of the team. “The team will reach out when they are ready. “

Only using the free version Avast One, but it does add an added layer of device security! TBH.., I do not yet fully understand the technicalities behind the apps, but to me it keeps out of our devices the bad guys.. but need to learn more (;

As the VPN in the app is slow, I use a separate VPN. When I open the app, I get a screen asking me if I want to turn the VPN on. The Not Now option does not respond, so I can’t move past the screen or do anything on the app like run a scan

Not helping at all, in fact my little botnet has used your program for itself to hide and invite and install and send its malware everywhere, thanks a bunch but it’s useless please refund my money! Can’t even send this message via email directly because botnet controls it and won’t allow me to send it!🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Home Screen never loads. Paying a expensive subscription. Not sure if it’s even working at the background!

This is a really solid security solution. One thing is missing from the paid version which you get on the desktop version, connection rules for VPN. The VPN should allow rules to auto connect on untrusted WiFi or mobile networks. Then this would be perfect. Manually connecting is annoying and sometimes people forget.

I’m very new to this system but still learning! I was able to install it myself witch is rare.

I use Avast because it protects my computer and iPhone from malware and attacks. Very satisfied.
