App doesn’t allow you to see what hate your plane is at. Doesn’t send any push notifications. No access to boarding pass after checking in.

The app worked the day I downloaded it. But that was the only time. Ever since then, it goes to a picture of a plane and stops - will not do anything else. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app - still won’t work. Very frustrating.

Everything takes so long to load. Somehow managed to sign up, but it doesn’t ever let me sign in and just goes to an infinite loading screen until it tells me I’ve been inactive for 20 minutes. Whole thing needs a redesign especially because people rely on the app to check on flight status and to check in. Do better

First time trying Avelo and pretty disappointed with the Apps reliability and functionality. Not only does Avelo not provide status updates in a general sense, but I’ve been unable to access the app for the past several hours, all it does is just have a spinning “wheel” on the home screen. Pretty disconcerting since my flight has been delayed multiple times already and I’ve had to go on flightaware.com to check estimated arrival and departure times. Furthermore, one can’t even click on the my trips to see flight details and status as it says “you’ve already checked in.” I know i’ve checked in Avelo, what’s the latest update!? Instead one has to go to the separate “flight status” icon and manually input flt number or departure/arrival cities. Way behind other airline apps and could use signiifcant improvement.

It’s basically using the website. I can’t even check in like other airline apps. Have to click through so many pages to get basic info. Love avelo, despise this app.

It truly doesn’t work at all, it immediately glitches and flashes and freezes. Not sure why it’s even available. Just call.

Airline is awful. Don’t bother booking. App is terrible. Takes forever to load if it does at all. Go to a real airline.

I can’t find my credits on the app. It’s like to disappeared.

app doesn’t show my flights under my flights and when i try to search with my confirmation number and name the whole screen glitches the f out and never loads. when does my flight in two days take off? couldn’t tell u

The designers and lead management for this app have clearly never taken key UX courses for mobile apps. This app is not intuitive for the user, nor efficient, nor inspiring. First tip: when I go to My Trip for a flight that I have already checked-in to, there should be a CLEAR and SIMPLE button that INSTANTLY shows my boarding ticket. This is the happy path. Do NOT make the user go to a tab that says “Check In” then select my name, then “print boarding pass” on a MOBILE PHONE. Your designers and engineers should take notes from the other major airline mobile apps. Your app will be your downfall. The cheap prices will not keep customers intrigued if your app is trash, like the web-browser it currently is. Make it better or fail.
