Poor Experience with Medical Practice App

I recently used a medical practice app and unfortunately, my experience was not great. One positive aspect is that the app allows for scheduling appointments online, which is convenient. However, the downside is that it's often not possible to get an appointment on the same day when you have serious symptoms and need to see a doctor urgently. The app administrators are slow to respond, taking several hours to reply to messages. This can be frustrating when you have an urgent medical issue. The most disappointing aspect of the app is that despite scheduling appointments online to avoid speaking to people due to my voice loss, the app manager called me instead of texting when they had questions. It was a huge inconvenience for me. Overall, my experience with this medical practice app was poor, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
