Don’t change your phone number
The app did what I needed it to, until I changed my phone number. Now I can’t book log into it and there doesn’t seem to be a process in place to allow a user to change their phone number. It has been weeks I’ve been trying to fix this and I keep getting advice from support that doesn’t work, or involves me creating a new email address. This is not some crazy edge case, people change their phone numbers from time to time, there needs to be a process in place.

Die SMS kommt nicht immer und die Angebote generell ist eine Katastrophe.

Eine halbe Stunde auf meinen vereinbarten Termin vor dem Bildschirm gewartet. Keiner war online.

Bad Service
Experience when I visited was fine. However, I am unable to access the app because my phone number has changed since my last visit, despite knowing the e-mail address and the password. I sent a mail regarding this to their customer service, a mail was received several days later... in the app. Ridiculous for a company that set out to digitize and improve the patient experience.
Login funktioniert ständig nicht
Login funktioniert aus irgendeinem Grund manchmal nicht. Man kann deshalb dann keine Termine buchen oder ähnliches. Bitte fixen
Schnell termin aber keine antworten mein Nachrichten
Ich hatte einen Termin um ein Arbeitsunfähigbescheinigung zu bekommen. Hat die arztin mich gesagt sie würde das mir gleich schicken. Habe aber nichts bekommen. Hat mich ins stickgelassen. Also habe ich geschreieben, geschrieben, geschrieben. Seit 2 stunde und noch keine Bescheinigung. Ich sorge mich jezt weil ohne Bescheinigung, bekomme ich kein rechtliches Erlaubnis bei der Arbeit frei zu nehmen. Richtig schnell termin, aber wann du irgendwas danach brauchts. Zahlt nicht das sie dir güt behandeln werden. Also tut mir leid, aber für Attest oder Bescheinigungen. Muss ich weniger rezension geben.
