Installation and consistent performance on laptop is good, as it is on my iPad, but with my iPhone multiple frustrations. Improving!

Why have I no vpn having paid for phantom. This iPhone HR cannot follow instructions to engage phantom. You also tell me myheritage hacked and an Antigues sales site also hacked some years ago and you asked me to change my password.This I cannot do as I have no idea what my passwords are so my info is out on the dark web ( whatever that is) and is being sold so you tell me Where do I go from here please?

I’ve enjoyed using Avira for many years. A couple of days ago I got myself a yearly premium subscription at a large discount. As much as I trust Avira as desktop antivirus I’m disappointed with this mobile. It crashed three times so far trying to scan for duplicate photos. Why bother with this functionality if you can’t handle the volume of 12k photos?

Have been using for many years and was very satisfied. Upgraded to use their service across 5 devices. Boy am I sorry, keep getting notifications of issues but no option to to identify issue or remediate, general generic headings only, no way to get in touch with Avira. Would have rated them 5 star up to now, but cannot even disable it, let alone get support.

You can trust the free version of Avira to your iPhone safe. There is a anti-theft tool that help you to find you device remotely. Must try it.

First I couldn't create an account, it kept saying something like "invalid input used" it wasn't that but similar, after a number of attempts & deleting & reinstalling the app I eventually got a verifying email, even after it said it wasn't accepted it, I then went to their online site. I was then able to sign into the app, just about. I got to where it was asking permission to send push messages & 2 other options, after the third where the next step is to hit "Done" it just keeps saying "Invalid Credentials". I deleted the app another two times trying to get past this step but to no avail. So I just deleted the app, life's to short to waist it on crap like this.

Hi, I have Avira on my pc's and its really cool german software.. Its in top group of Antiviruses. No delays in performance, no popups, blocking suspicious webs and content suddenly. Best is to have allways origin software, you risk less. Brilliant catcher malware, adware,trojans.. Etc..!!!

This antivirus is good in many ways that it scans in the background and the options are decent. Sometimes when I go into the app straightaway it says there's a threat detected and then it goes back to no threat which freaks me out and it's annoying ! How do I stop that ? Please and thanks
