VPN stops working on my iPhone
VPN used to on my phone. But recently had not been able to turn on VPN altogether. And I can’t find any way to resolve it

VPN doesn’t work
After upgrading to the pro, the VPN feature has not worked for me for months to the point I’ve just bought another app just for VPN given how unreliable Avira’s connection is. Could the developer work on this please? Thanks

Unable to connect VPN, Restore Purchase and Contact Support
Hi, I just bought the Prime Mobile version today, 22 Dec 2020 and when I hit the upgrade button, it took forever to load so I closed it. After reopening the app, I tried restoring my previous purchase which is reflected on Apple subscriptions and it still took forever to load ‘checking your subscriptions’... But before all these mess, my VPN was already not working for days and I tried contacting support but the website brings me in circles, it suggest me to email them but there was no email to be found anywhere. Hello, please rectify this issue and restore my subscription asap thanks.

Turning VPN
I don’t know what happened.. after the updates I can’t turn on the VPN. Before this it was v.smooth but now after the updates, it freezes whenever I tried turning on the VPN.
