UX nightmare
Where should I start? With the fact that the app homescreen constantly shows “please wait”? The fact the you have to enter your AWD number again every time you search for cars? Those super helpful error messages like “an error occurred”… And worst of all - why for god sake do I have to put in name reference Id and email to see my bookings? In an app I’m logged into with my Avis account. This is beyond me

Easy to use App to book rental cars and manage bookings. I use it since years and I am very satisfied. Instabilitäten und Bigs aus der Vergangenheit wurden inzwischen behoben.

This app is wasting my time.
It is better than waiting on the phone for an hour before getting hung up on, but that doesn’t get you more than one star. How you waste my time: Asking for feedback that you can’t process. Retrieving my booking takes forever and then crashes Displaying incorrect/old data makes me compare the reservation to the confirmation email I got. I have to enter my AWD number every time I book. Missing or nonexistent error messages mean trial and error.
