"I am strongly discouraged from renting a car from this company and I recommend you to choose other companies. They provided a very low quality vehicle for the price I paid. On October 18, 500 euros at Venice Marco Polo Airport I paid and expected to rent a standard car for a six day car. However, I was given a crappy car that didn't even have basic amenities like, bluetooth, or a cell phone charger. This made us unable to drive during Our trip was to enjoy the music. This experience was like a clear case of fraud. It’s disappointing that a company like Avis, which operates under the budget sector, offers such a vehicle at the price they charge. It is equally weak and weak.”
