Very helpful, fabulous service

Could not be heard

Been suffering from a severe breathing issues and had Ambulance responded multiple times. The ambulance crew said ot was urgent to call a Doctor ASAP, did so via the app. My partner also booked the doctor, and aviva cancelled my urgent appointment for her non urgent appointment. We both agreed mine was more severe and shouldn’t have been cancelled given hers was a referral and mine life saving medication! Adding to this they cancelled last minute and offered no other alternative. Very disappointing and it’s my first time using it! 🤬

The app is terrible, incredibly slow and lags loads. Needs improved desperately.

Super efficient. Really investigative but also very polite and courteous.

Can’t thank this system enough. As a busy person it’s such a joy.

All works but it’s very slow to react

The app constantly logs me out, sometimes as it is signing me in, and every action is very slow.

Great to have access to GP within the hour but the app is not user friendly and is slow connecting for each appointment
