Awair Home - Breathe Easy

The hardware is ok, but the app doesn’t sync very well. The company doesn’t seem to care about the app and supporting it as updates come in once in a year or so. Customer support is nonsense, it takes them a week to respond with something trivial.

Devices less then 4 years old no longer supported by awair app - just adding to the ewaste problem

This app is Childs play. The app crashes everytime I try to connect to my network. What a waste of money. its just a door stop now.

Push notifications are broken even in the latest release.

Avoid like the plague

The historical data has stopped working

Their customer service is worst. They try to trick me stupidly

App is very very basic, historic feature is borderline useless

A recent firmware update seems to have bricked my Awair Element. Tried to contact support but they don’t respond.

The device met its well deserved end via a hammer.
