AWS won’t publish a schedule, so …

Peter Burkhokder on

United States

The only way to see a schedule arranged by time is to use this app on a phone. (At least that the case for the DC June 2024 Summit) There’s no web version There’s no tablet version So browsing the schedule by time for interesting sessions has to done on a tiny screen This is stupid and possibly a violation of the ADA As fast as the app doing what it should, it’s fine, but it shouldn’t be obligatory to have use the app

No way to give feedback but here

It’s ok Bugs: badge QR code modal does not set brightness back to previous level it leaves it on max when exiting Ad preferences gives an error… how convenient

Doesn’t work. Logs you out. It’s broken.

Broken. Doesn’t work.

too much garbage, not enough useful

lay off on the marketing and networking a bit until you can get the basics right. its takes forever to start up and half the days it would complain that i needed to update afterward. it constantly logged me out so it often took even longer. simple gps tie-ins would help getting to the talks as vegas casinos are ratmaze nightmares already and some simple streaming support in the app is both mandatory and MISSING. (even if it’s just a url for your browser) basics first guys!

Awful

Rr2134 on

United States

This app barely functions and is a poor reflection on AWS at a conference to showcase how to deploy and manage apps in the cloud.

Not an event app

SinghBeard on

United States

The way app displays event information is through a bunch of in-app browsers. Which is a really bad user experience. Even reg didn’t seem to be on a proper reg tool

Unusable

WestSeattleNerd on

United States

AWS should be embarrassed by this. It hasn’t worked since I arrived in Vegas. None of my sessions/reservations even show up.

Text cutoff

TheToeJoe on

United States

Can’t find my event because I can’t read dates. They get cut off.

Something went wrong

Cannot use this app. Just presents a non-useful error message.

Build my schedule?

If there’s a way to mark sessions I’m interested in, I’m not seeing it or it’s not working
