Unresponsive customer service. Significant issues with app access.
I have been a user of AWS Wickr and Wickr Pro for over 5 years. 16 days ago my account was abruptly suspended with no explanation. And certainly no refund for the portion of the monthly fee was provided or offered. I have since now attempted to contact assistance by emailing two individual reps and making a general “help” query. I have received no reply whatsoever. This outage has happened my ability to communicate with clients and share documents. It must be nice to treat customers with such contempt…
