It’s frustrating having to jump through loops just to find a way to access this app. Needs to be fixed

Connectivity is unstable

The concept is nice. The actual performance makes it effectively useless. Videos buffer and crash almost exclusively. This is pathetic given the exorbitant fee Axon charges.

This app often crashes, does not open and disconnects from the camera. It needs maintenance badly.

I have had to install and reinstall this app so many times here recently it’s crazy. Before it was only every once in a while but now I’m getting the “an unexpected error has occurred” message and it won’t even let me get to the login screen and if I get there I can’t get pass that. Please fix these issues.

App is garbage. It wouldn’t recognize my agency but the website does. It also lags a lot.

How is it that AXON is a multimillion dollar company but can’t afford to put some money into this app? Videos don’t load. When they do it’s spotty and consistently drops. It would be nice to be able to review my videos on the go so I can write more accurate reports.

Cant watch videos. Constant force closing or just frozen.

This app is horrible. Trying to review your footage for a report is basically impossible. It freezes every chance it gets.

Lately my axon view app crashes in the middle of me trying to label videos.
