So many errors
This app does have a lot of potential and easy to navigate. HOWEVER every second I get 3 to 5 errors when I try to click on anything. Sometimes it would kick me out of the app and have random glitches. I hope it can get fixed.

In many ways, Axxess is competitive or leads the field as a home health EMR. This app is NOT one of those ways, which is a real pity since it is the most important part of the EMR for our field staff. Axxess frequently releases buggy updates or straight up broken features. IT dept/help line is rarely helpful in my experience. Just this week Axxess dropped an update that made my life a living nightmare. Unable to document or collect EVV in the field. Deleted and re-installed to no effect. End result is that I took home ~2 hours of extra documentation that should have been done point of service. Unfortunately not a rare occurrence either, minor glitches happen ALL the time and MAJOR disruptions seem to happen 3-4 times per year. Axxess, you need better app developers and more robust beta testing. This is ridiculous.
After the last update, I am unable to open the “patients” tab. It forces the entire app down and closes out. I can’t access any patient info now. Makes it nearly impossible to do my job. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.
App is pretty good once you learn how to use it correctly. I also have to make sure to keep up with the updates. So far haven’t had very many problems that I can tally complain about most were user error.
This app is beyond frustrating. Nothing ever gets fixed. I have sent multiple emails outlining the vast deficiencies of this app. Every version of the app is more complicated and requires more steps to do the same work. Home healthcare agencies you should avoid this app like the plague. It’s terribly inefficient and kills worker productivity.
The best application!
The app works half the time. You can’t even start the visit on time because it doesn’t work! Frustrating to say the least’
Glitches often, doesn’t save entered data, maps not always working properly, EVV doesn’t always work, logging in and out is tedious if you get timed out, does not remember log in credentials, documents and patient chart info is not always available. A lot of times you have to double document. Would not recommend, it can be very time consuming and calling support is no help because it takes weeks for them to get back to you.
I swear every time they update this app, it makes it even worse. Now we can’t even submit our visits unless we login through the web browser. Because I know all nurses out there definitely have time ti be jumping through hoops in our work day.
Very intuitive and easy to use.
