Can’t log in. For ayala restrooms, you can ise the paid rr if you have this. But it’s not even working!

Doesn’t work! Presented the parking voucher at BGC One Bonifacio High Street Ayala Malls and said they don’t accept vouchers! What’s the point of this App if it doesn’t work?

Having a hard time to register.. keep asking for a unique referral code but it is unskippable.

Nice app. I just hope that you can come up with a digital pet ID just like in other malls instead of going to your mall to apply or renew with the needed requirements for a physical pet ID.

I want to use the app but it won’t even let me log in or sign up with my cell number. Hope it gets fixed.

Not functioning. Receipts from ayala malls are not valid & can’t be scanned? Or app error.

poor app, no promotions, deceiving

From home screen, when you click Mall Guides >> Featured [See All], it brings up thr Featured page. However, once there, you cannot go back to the main page since the link [ < Ayala Mall ] isn’t working. Yoy have to close and restart the app just to get to the other page.

Why go yo the hassle of scanning our own receipt. Could the store not scan directly to Zing app to automatically enter the point? The scan receipt was not accessible when Ibyried it so many times. Please make a dryrun first b4 introducing such app.

Cant join the raffle promo because scan receipt function never works! No replies on inquires sent in socmed pages and in email.
