Points taking too long to be added to you account, you need to send email just let them know that you used your card to get your points. Points adding is not real time that is why am giving a low star, you still need to monitor the account just to ensure that you get the points.

The app is always down when you need it the most. Adding/updating credit cards is challenging. Support took ages to reply.

The problem with Apps like these in the Philippines is they rarely work properly after some time. You'd actually think that the biggest companies & organizations would take pride in their reputations & associated brands but disappointingly, it's the opposite. I even took the time to go straight to several concierge & Zing booths personally at Ayala Malls but they too are at a loss at what to do.

Registration would not push through. Does not recognize the mobile number nor does it accepts the email address. how would the registration proceed?!

Originally signed up with FB, unfortunately, cannot sign in anymore, no other way to go around it.

I cannot log in through Facebook. I registered here using my Facebook account but now I could not login anymore. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

The interface is easy to navigate and I find stores I need quickly. The customer service is friendly and responds quickly. This app is fairly new so I can’t wait to see new upcoming features. I really love Ayala malls so this app is perfect. Thank you so much R.R.O.

Gcash account is not linked for more than 48 hours. I tried to send a message to them in IG and submitted feedback through the app; no response. Hoping they can fix the app, which has great potential and nice interface. 🧡

Do not be deceive on free parking its a scam. This Zing App is useless.

My google email can login on the web but when on the app, nothing happens when you login. it just stays on login page after logging via google. This app used to work before and was give parking vouchers. Sadly cannot login again to use them.
