Annoying and greedy
Everything need Gems to do, gender/country filters. Every swipe for filters cost 7 gems and up even if you didn’t open the conversation with the other partner it will cost you wtf!! Make monthly subscriptions or other options for unlimited swipes

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service. , I recharged my account with 349.99 (1700) gems, but today, I was shocked to discover that I only have 2 gems left in my account. More than 1000 gems have disappeared, and my account balance has been significantly reduced. No customer service at alllllllllll

Pop up messages without any warning that it would use gems to chat with someone who is already a friens to click and take all of ur recharged gems with no benefits .. i lost to much money
