Getting worse

My account keeps getting restricted and suspended for whatever reason. I keep getting restrictions and the reason I always get is ‘being underage’ when I’m not! The app also changes your personal details. They keep changing my gender! And when I flag this to their support they always say they can’t do anything. Let real people run this app not robots! Can’t believe I wasted money and became a VVIP on this app but getting garbage treatment.

I’ve only used this app for a few days and I am enjoying it until there’s an update on video where an avatar is displayed instead of your face and no option to change it back on the app.

Not for everyone

Been using this app for less than a year. This is no different from other video streaming apps. 3 things I hate about this app: 1) Customer Service: I get the same responses. It’s like I’m exchanging emails with a robot. 2) Moderation: bans the wrong people. And people who really do nasty stuff gets to roam the app freely. It’s like no one from the team really watches the streams and only bots moderate the app. 3) Not LGBT friendly. This app censors a lot of words but not words against LGBT. Bullies are everywhere.

Banned despite showing no inappropriate behavior

I like this application okay. Seriously. I've met wonderful people here. However, I have been banned for 10 YEARS despite me not doing anything inappropriate (I did not show any bad behavior, no tacky picture, my age was legit and I'm no longer a minor, and did not degrade any people there). The support team did not mention anything specific about their terms that I "broke". Only said "suspected bad behavior" (but why 10 years???). Good people, bad support.
