It’s completely rigged. You can’t win against these idiot developers. Shame on you. I hate them

My complaint is that several times now ( at least 8) I have lost coins when choosing a game to play and waiting for the opponent to be chosen all of a sudden the spinning profiles stops and it’s back to the home page LESS the coins I paid for that game which didn’t happen. One time it was a 100K game. I’ve sent several complaints to the support team but had ZERO response..even with a few angry/frustrated messages. So I wonder why the appalling customer service response to me?? I’ve lost around 500K in my estimation that I PAID for and never got reimbursed. Waiting for your response.

Worst game ever, beautiful gameplay though but it’s just not even worth it now. Download other ones.

At fist this game seems fun but there are a lot of pop up the dice rolls are not fair. I play this game in a real social situation and the rolls are different every time this game makes it so the other player starts all the time then there is no real skill. Would not recommend.

The fixing of dice roll makes me very unhappy and angry. You can almost tell at the beginning if you will win or lose by your opponents status.

Would be a great game if the dice weren’t rigged to try and get you to lose and buy more coins. Almost comical some of the rolls that appear in the exact moment your opponent needs it. Ignore the developer saying it is fair 😘

I liked playing backgammon and I downloaded this app. There are quite a few good features. However, the algorithm that it uses to roll the dice made me stress too many times I could not place a figure on the board, while the opponent was rolling doubles most of the time. I felt stuck, helpless and anxious. I know it is a game, but the awkward randomness of rolling dice that only keeps you in the waiting will always feel like a set-up to me that works to get you to spend real money for game money. Nothing beats the randomness of rolling dice in real time. So, a NO from me, I deleted it. Update: I read many reviews and you always give the same response about the sophisticated RNG technology. If too many of your customers complain, how is it that the RNG technology is sophisticated and it your customers best interest. You have to do better. Again, a NO from me, and from what I saw, from quite a few other users.

Sorry to say I will be deleting this app. I enjoyed the game and I realise that we have to pay by watching ads but showing 6 before I could start to play was too much. :-( Also one of the ads is hard on the eyes, flickering on and off,annoying.

The game is excellent, gameplay is fast and smooth. But, there are too many pop ups before getting to the game E.G. 6 or 7 prompts!). The pop ups promote players to buy extra coins, or take part in special promotions, when all I want to do is play backgammon. I did need to contact customer service once (after buying some coins), service was fast and fixed the issue quickly, perfect. Reduce the pop ups to 2 or 3 and let players get on with the game. One last thing, it appears that players lose extra coins when resigning from a game. This needs to be removed. Too many times it is obvious that one player is in a winning position, so resigning is the best thing possible and then start a new game.

Wow it’s stacked so hard against you. I am sure you play bot’s as it will suck you’re money faster than you will enjoy the game. I love backgammon but please make it at least fair
