Costs too much
I’ve downloaded my entire Lifecake albums to my hard drive and won’t be migrating to BackThen as it’s just ridiculous to have to pay $7.99. Lifecake was a great resource for our family. Very sad to see it go
Exorbitant
The cost is outrageous for what is a worse platform than Lifecake was for free.

Would like to see a better pricing model
Love the app and am happy to pay, but with less than 10gb of photos in storage I am unsure why I am paying for 200gb. I would like to see a better pricing model that scales up as my storage requirements increase. At this stage I am not sure how long I will be able to continue to pay for 200gb of storage when I am not using 5% of it.
Not right
Exploiting the heart strings of family who have already invested so much into life cake. The fees are exorbitant. I would hope the new company could offer legacy life cake family’s a waiver of fees
