A few app transfer issues to sort out!
I’m looking forward to the issues with being a parent to my child getting sorted. I have two children, and on BackThen one of them is classed as ‘My Child’ and my other child is somehow ‘Other Children’. Very annoying having 2 different screens of information on who likes their pictures. This was never an issue on LifeCake. Also, are we expected as parents to both have a subscription? - i am being told that I have passed my storage limit even though as parents we are paying a monthly subscription for storage which we have not exceeded. Looking forward to these issues getting resolved, as I and my family do love the app. Thanks!
Can’t change password
This app has always been great for keeping up with family pictures, but I am currently having a lot of trouble migrating from the old app to the new. When I try to sign in it says my password is wrong and when I try to change my password from the “I forgot my password” option, it redirects me to my email then my email directs me to a non-functioning website page that gives me no options for changing my password. Any help with this would be appreciated
Nice, gimmick-free interface
This is like what Instagram used to be before it became addictive garbage. Photos are posted in order by date and there are no ads or listicles or milestone checking or the other stuff that clutters the other baby photo app some of my friends use. Everything about it is appealing and easy to use. I definitely recommend it.

Have premium & still give you adds
The app works like it should; post photos and share. What annoys me is upgrading is needed to use the app. After upgrading they still give you push adds to purchase photos
Community when their born
I tested a lot of photo sharing apps before choosing BackThen. This one had the cleanest design and is easiest to use. It’s really helped my son build a caring community within our family and friends before he’s old enough to even talk!
