2 Personen, Reise in der Kabine mit Auto und Hund. 8! angezeigte Tickets, andauernder Zusammenbruch beim Herunterladen der Tickets ins Wallet, jedes Mal wieder neu einloggen… furchtbar.

Die App war nicht in der Lage, die geplante Reise anzuzeigen. Nach längerem Chat mit einem sehr schlechten Computer hat dieser mich letztendlich zu einem Mitarbeiter durchgestellt. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich gemeldet mit der Frage nach meiner ID und dann nie wieder.

Hace semanas que no funciona la aplicación. Si la abro ahora (desde hace un par de días, antes simplemente no abría nada de nada) me dice que tengo que actualizarla a la última versión. Voy al App Store y me dice que tengo instalada la última versión.

No me abre la app, y desde el enlace del correo se queda pensando, no funciona bien

La aplicación no funciona bien intento a entrar a ver mis reservas y no mi deja solo da vueltas como falta de conexión, he llamado a la atención cliente no mi ayudaron de nada para el próximo viaje lo pensaré bien
