BallerTV FAQ
Is BallerTV free?
Yes, BallerTV is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is BallerTV legit?
⚠️ Warning: Multiple users of BallerTV have mentioned scam or fraud. Investigate thoroughly before using this app.
From multiple log in problems, to the score freezing at 7 to 2, and that same score showing as the final score! It was 64-60, in case any one at baller tv cares to know. I will cancel, and hope that someone develops a decent app. It’s such a good idea; I’m sure a good one will come along.
Scam
The sharing feature “magic link” does not work. Absolute scam. And customer support is a joke. Don’t waste your mine.
Amateur App
Terrible video like a child was running the video camera, poor quality video, speeds up weirdly. Single commentator offered little value, just basically saying out loud what I saw with my own eyes with little added that was helpful. No replays and no real stats provided. Do not waste your money if there is an alternative
Don’t waste your money
While the app is OK, the streams from the locations are always effected by poor internet service so you miss most of the game. Don’t waste you money on a subscription.
Poor quality and customer service
It seems every tournament I have to contact customer service to rectify an issue. Most recently I was charged an event credit daily for the same event and missed portions of the last tournament of the season to fix the problems.
Customer service was satisfied that they were able to solve it in a “timely” manner but I wanted compensation for my time after countless issues. They refused and insisted I got what I paid for. I missed a significant portion of my child’s last game of the season attempting to resolve their system error.
Have to pay $95 just to only be able to watch 1 tournament per month!?
If I were able to give this app zero, I would. I’m just trying to watch my teamates play in AAU’s but I have to pay for literally everything?? I would be fine if it were like 15 dollars per month but why would I have to pay for 3 months straight up? And the premiums aren’t even that good! Yes, make me pay $95 just to watch one game. Makes sense.
Scam
Tried it for 24 hours and the two games I wanted to watch had issues. Naturally, they confirmed that they were recorded without issues. I asked for a refund and was told they could not do so. As a head high school coach, I thought this was worth my time but it was not what was promised and the customer service did not try to amicably part ways. I
no purpose
no point in downloading this, way too expensive.
Expensive and barely loads
Quality is garbage it skips around and looks blurry you pay 45$ a month and the videos won’t even load to watch anything live or replay. Absolutely a waste of money, only keeping it cuz I’m out of town and my son is playing a good circuit
Ends the game in the middle
Why would you end the game and cut off my connection half way through the second set of Finals??
My Daughter is playing in the Finals for Nationals in Florida and you ended the game half way through the second set!!
