Una aplicación que facilita la vida. Desde que la tengo a penas he pisado una oficina. Me gusta tener todos mis datos accesibles. Lo único que aún no he solucionado es el recibo de Bizums. Yo no te go ni Gina dificultad para enviar pero de un tiempo a esta parte no puedo recibir pagos por Bizum. Imagino que es un problema administrativo que podré solucionar hablando con ellos.
The latest version of the app doesn’t seem to work properly. Says session expired, enter credentials and still says it has expired, please fix. Thanks
Cannot figure out how to get an English translation or version once you’ve got past the initial login and set up. It switches to entirely Spanish and although I’m learning the language I would prefer to access in English.
I have been using BankInter online for over 10 years for local and internationally and I find it to be very secure, especially using the ‘KEY’ card and the way Bank use the SMS message for security. Angel
Updated to the newest version today 14/10/21 and now the app is not working at all! There was no issues previously. The Bankinter symbol flashes up then disappears. You don’t even get to the sign in page. This needs sorted asap! Not good.
The app overall is not bad but I often get replies in Spanish and have to navigate it in Spanish when I have a nonresidential account and specifically said I needed an English version.
An extremely poor app in terms of banking It is both slow and frustrating and doesn’t cater for different languages (English) Truly they need to overhaul & improve it

I use a number of banking apps in UK banks, and whilst you do get used to their limitations, I wouldn’t give any of them 5 stars. This Bankinter app in English is excellent and I use it most days.
Although the app detects that we need the English version and states that it will restart with the English translations, it doesn’t. Additionally, when trying to purchase house insurance, it states that there is no wifi signal, which is wrong. Quite frustrating at this early stage.
