Me estoy planteando cambiarme de banco solo por la frustración que siento cada vez que abro esta aplicación. Las opciones que deberían estar más a la vista están escondidas tras varias pantallas y clics confusos. El menu principal no es nada útil. Por qué no están las transacciones a mano? Los pagos? Hago clic en una transacción antigua para ver la fecha e información de destinatario y la nueva pantalla es para volver a realizar la misma transferencia de nuevo? No tiene ningún sentido. Es desesperante. Utilizo Barclays y Monzo y son una maravilla.
¡Prepárate para sumergirte en la experiencia bancaria más lamentable de tu vida! Este banco online no solo es un fracaso, ¡es una verdadera abominación financiera que debería ser erradicada del planeta! Desde el momento en que intentas registrarte, te golpea la realidad de que este banco ha convertido un proceso simple en una pesadilla digna de un thriller psicológico. ¿Quién necesita seguridad y facilidad cuando puedes disfrutar del placer de maldecir tu pantalla mientras intentas descifrar sus absurdas instrucciones de registro? La interfaz es un desastre visual, diseñada por alguien que evidentemente odia la comodidad. Cada clic te lleva a un laberinto de opciones inútiles y desordenadas, como si el objetivo fuera que te sintieras completamente perdido. ¿Facilidad de uso? ¡Ni lo sueñes! BBVA te desafía a encontrar lo que necesitas mientras te burla con su diseño caótico. Y hablemos del servicio al cliente, o más bien, de la falta absoluta de servicio al cliente. ¿Tienes preguntas? ¿Problemas? ¡Buena suerte esperando una respuesta! Es como si contrataran a personas para ignorarte de la manera más descarada posible. ¿Quién necesita ayuda cuando puedes sentirte completamente abandonado y despreciado? La velocidad de las transacciones es tan vertiginosa que te deja con la sensación de que tu dinero ha sido arrojado al abismo financiero. ¿A dónde fue tu dinero? Nadie lo sabe, ni siquiera este banco que se jacta de su supuesta eficiencia. En resumen, si buscas una experiencia bancaria que te haga cuestionar todas tus decisiones de vida, ¡has encontrado tu paraíso! Felicitaciones, BBVA ,por ser una reverenda castaña de servicio. ¡BBVA online es una vergüenza para la banca y debería desaparecer de una vez por todas!
This is without doubt the best banking app out there right now.
So so. App says to enter verify code sent to my phone but it never sends anything. Log in issues brought about by bsnk faults in the first place, not by the app. My online acc working all fine until one sudden random person decided my using it was ‘suspicious’ and locked it on the basis of nothing. He put a weird ‘verify’ call to me, a wierd guy shouting down the phone which obviously I declined so he blocked it. Impossible to reset ever since random shouty guy interference on my acc. He claimed to be customer services. One minute I’m using my account online then it’s locked and my phone rings with that guy shouting very odd. I hang up and try reset the lock with the app and on the cash machine but neither work at all as they are supposed to. I try their number and they don’t speak English. I hope they fire the creepy guy.
In my experience worst App of the 5 banking Apps I use. I use most for paying bills and transferring funds. More clicks than necessary. Confusing pop ups. Basic flaws such as assumption that the previous amount paid to contact will be repeated. Most useful item of the new App is information on fees. Try changing the date of payment to avoid a same day fee. Most actions require convoluted procedure.
The debit account I’ve now had for 2 years has seen to my financial needs in a good way since joining BBVA.
I have been trying to log in to my BBVA app for the past three months. I even went to the bank and they said they can’t help me. I do not receive sms codes to change the password. At some point in the past the biometric stopped working and I tried to change my password and my endless troubles with this application started.I kept calling customer service and the kept sending me from pillar to post. No one fixed my sms problem and the last E-mail I got from the bank is that my access has been blocked and I need to go to the bank. I went there three months ago and they never said that my access has been blocked. I am abroad now and don’t have access to my account. I wrote to them and they did not come back to me for two weeks now. This has created me a lot of stress and the problem is ongoing and no one seems to bother to help me. It is like I do not exist.
In Dec 2022 i experiences a problem where I stopped receiving confirmation codes to my mobile. This prevented me from seeing my dynamic CVV, confirming transactions etc. it basically blocked me from using my card online. After calling 10s of times to customer service, call automatically ending exactly on the 5th minute, and them trying to blame my mobile operator (from whom I receive all other messages), they fixed the issue 1-2 months later. Then, 1 month ago, I again stopped receiving codes and this whole process started again. Multiple call attempts, no-one proactively trying to solve this from their side, I am still not able to use it. Would not recommend
If you’re unlucky enough to have your phone stolen, or be without signal, or in another country without coverage then you’re screwed as to do anything in this app you have to receive a text message. Deeply frustrating.
