Every since the update I have not been able to connect to my undercounter lights. Frustrated

The lights are great, the app works amazing. Though we should be able to create custom light patterns, background lights with overlay, custom colors for each setting, and possibly tap and draw light pattern settings, etc. I know a few other companies with these capabilities, considering switching over for them.

Latest update locked me out of all of my light controls until I make an account. This is a blatant data collection scheme to try and sell their customers data. Scum practice by scum company. I am replacing all of my light controllers immediately and throwing these away. I don’t need to sign in with an email account to change the color of my light strip. I get enough spam and telemarketing calls already.

I don’t want to make an account just to use my lights.

Hello, Honest and critical review, this app is ok. The menu’s can be navigated pretty easily, but there are a few times where timers will be deleted randomly. The main reason this review is at a 1 star review and not a little higher is simply because of trying to sign up. I mean, if I’m being completely honest, the developers need to get rid of the signing up feature if it doesn’t even work AT ALL. I feel like they should have common knowledge and not release a feature that does not work. Once you type in your email address it will tell you “verification code sent” and then the resend button is not available for around 10 whole minutes. I have done this with multiple emails via. Outlook, gmail ect. And they still will not send me a verification. Overall the app does control the lights but the signing up feature is one of the things that WOULD have made this app unique, but instead the signing up feature seems to be purely just for show. Finally; to finish this review, they have 0 customer support options so the only way to voice out how their app does not work is through a review. -respectfully fix your app or don’t release faulty features🦆

The latest update completely disconnected all of my SP611E controllers, and messed up my groups. I had to add them all back one by one, but now I can’t make a group. It’s completely bugged. I have to adjust them all one by one, which is ridiculous. I would have returned all of my controllers, if I hadn’t had them for years.

The app was fine the way it was! Just load up change my lights with ease and close the app. Now the new interface requires you to “sign up” and when I try to create an account I keep getting server exception error. I can’t even use the app now, why do I need to sign up to use LED lights that I purchased.

A friend of ours gave us a strip of car LEDs for use as a grow light in a little terrarium because we could control it by Bluetooth. Great idea but ever couple of days the app loses the schedule that we put in to turn it on/off. I don’t know why the schedule is getting lost, but everytime it happens I hear this person telling us it’s the greatest thing ever.

This app is very disappointing because you gotta constantly be setting up your timer when you power down your phone or you get a new iOS update. Not sure why the data is not saved within the app background. The constant doing the timer makes this app annoying. This app needs a complete makeover to keep up with the likes of Phillip Hue or even Twinkly…

My tv remote is connected to my led lights?!?! Every time I click the OK button on my tv remote, the LED lights go white, but every time I click the up button on my tv remote the LED lights turn white, and when I click the right button on my tv remote the LED lights go rainbow, and when I turn my tv off or even just mute the volume, all of the LED lights just completely turn off, but the quality of the lights are still very good.
