Solo Mexico
Si estás de viaje olvídate de contactar a Banorte la aplicación marca un número que comienza con 81 y no hay forma de que agreguen el +52 antes El agregarlo no afecta a los que estén en Mexico pero si ayudaría a los que estemos de viaje
pensada muy mal
Esroy en Canadá trabajando, deje mi celular mexicano en mexico y quize activar la app en mi celular de canada y para eso me manda un codigo de activacion a mi celular mexicano, eso esta bien, el problema esque no deja meter ese codigo en mi celular canadiense porque solo deja seleccionar el codigo automaticamente del mensaje que te envian, es decir no me deja meterlo manualmente en mi celular canadiense, ahora no puedo accesar a mi cuenta banorte que horror por eso solo doy una estrella

Amo Banorte
Amo Banorte en todas sus presentaciones, sucursales, Banorte móvil, telefónicamente. Siempre me han ayudado en todo, resuelto dudas, apoyado cuando he tenido algún problema, todo bien, sigan así.
Mala, como el banco
Es lenta, y la mayoría de las veces solo sirve para saber tu saldo. Querer retirar dinero sin tarjeta o transferencias es una pesadilla porque nunca funcionan
Bien pero lenta
Me agrada en general pero si abriera más rápido sería mejor. Tarda entre 30 y 50 segundos para abrir y luego a veces se cierra inesperadamente.
Imposible abrir la aplicación
Desde la ultima actualización de la aplicación es imposible utilizarla. Puedo ingresar al portal desde mi PC pero no desde mi móvil. Ojalá pudieran arreglarlo.
