Is very slow though it has great potential my voucher aren’t going through to the till and it’s stuck on the welcoming screen
An exceptionally well crafted app
I visited the BAO restaurant in Battersea Power Station and, when given the menu, was told about the app and the gift of a free bun for signing up. I used the QR code on the menu to download the app, input my data and waited for a verification email. I double-checked and triple-checked, but the email never arrived, so I haven’t been able to use the app at all yet. It’s a shame
I have been sent two convni codes for orders and can not add to the wallet. Every time it says something went wrong. As a rewards program it is an over complicated app that does not work.
Got a free boba once downloaded 🫧
Who knows how this won an award - confusing layout, inexplicable friend referral process, and despite meeting conditions you cannot input personal data correctly. Basic user testing not happening somewhere…
Also slow to load and no confirmation email
As simple as that; the promised email to confirm your address doesn’t materialise (it’s not in spam) and even using a new, different email address doesn’t allow you to actually join up and login to the app.
The app took a long time to open and stuck with splash screen. Then the confirmation email never came and no way to resent.
