I live to and from the uk and New Zealand. I have to change numbers for this. Why is it impossible to register my new phone with Barclays over here. I’ve tried all the channels and it just lets me down.
So frustrating I had this going on for 3 years at one stage and still no access to my uk banking
Total waste of time
If you’re not a UK based Barclays customer, don’t bother. Why Barclays can’t include their global customers is beyond me in this day and age. Wake up Barclays!!!!!

Won't Open
Since the last update the app wont open at all. Im in New Zealand and it used to work here when I arrived from the Uk, now it doesn't. Utterly useless. Please fix it.
International transfer
The app is useless. Doesn’t do what is promised and is been down 3 weeks and despite numerous phone calls from Nz to uk it has not been fixed. Your Indian speaking staff with their pigeon English are a waste of time and no help at all. Am at my wits end with your App and Service- it’s useless

I have never had any problems with this app either in the UK or NZ Is fast and caters for all my needs but when make an update international transfer I still use the computer But I still rate this app highly
Multitasking is impossible!
PLEASE extend the security time out to at least 1 minute! Instant time out makes it impossible to multitask 😩
The sign up flow requires customers to enter a number from an SMS. This requires multitasking. Likewise making payments usually requires reading an email or message for the payment details.
Plenty of other banks offer a secure app without making multitasking impossible.
Foreign smart phones/ tablets
I bought a smart phone and tablet in the USA when I tried to download the app it's not possible to register. They now have so few physical banks and cannot support their app.... I will have to look elsewhere for better service:(
International Customers left out in the cold
Although the app works well as a 'lite' version of online banking, the inability to use the app with UK-opened accounts and an international number (i.e. customer has left the UK and no longer has a UK mobile) leaves global customers out in the cold.
