Good for ordering food, poor for push notification options. I want notifications for orders but not the regular promotional push notifications.

Love the pizza, would love to love the app. Ordered a pizza at 15:55. The ETA given on app was 17:11. On the app, our order never updated from ‘preparing’ and the pizza arrived at 16:25 which was a fast delivery time but we nearly missed the delivery. Why tell us on the app that it wasn’t coming until 17:11? 😕 more accurate updates would be preferable. And an idea of delivery time before placing the order also.

Signup workflow triggers on start, but I already have an account with my email address, so that fails. Won't let me choose a branch because my account has no address (even though the web site is happy). App doesn't offer a way to set the address either. What a frustrating experience. I'll just uninstall, life's too short for this.

Can’t select a location for delivery or collection. Just shows the title of the page and not content. Utterly useless

Good app, not that intuitive however on IOS at least. Also you cannot go to previous order and re-order which is just a pain. Most people order the same pizza each time, would save a lot of time to be able to scroll through old orders, edit and re-order

Very well developed

It’s an awful app. Everything from inputting your number to them consistently saying collection is outside of your area. Makes no sense
