I don’t know what the hack you updated and screwed everything in the process, I can’t shop on this app anymore, literally need to go to the shop and I can’t, I literally have zero time I have a baby my sizes have changed and I can mostly shop online for new stuff but I can’t here, so makes me wonder how many people are experiencing this same issue , you’re losing money, but saving me money atleast cause I can’t shop

Account balance isn’t been updated on the app anymore. You can no longer view the statement in the app nor latest balance. Currently still showing for end of May2024. It’s now end of June 2024. It usually shows the middle of the current month by now, but this no longer is the case.

The courier claimed the could not contact me or find my address (it’s a large corporate and I have had 100’s of deliveries and my cell phone works !!! ) despite logging numerous cases with bash they simply returned my goods - poor communication and service from bash and they need to sort out their courier company - just a waste of my time

This app only shows my balance as of 1 May 2024 and we’re going into July … also this R25 collection fee is daylight robbery, especially when the app doesn’t even work as it should.

I usually order online from Bash but everytime my card gets blocked for reasons unknown and then i have to go into a store because they must call the forensic department?? It happened twice already, what’s the use you get the option to shop online but when you do your card gets blocked?? Isn’t it suppose to make shopping easier and effortless without actually going into a store. Now i buy in store because i fear getting blocked again, they ask all your details on the app and they still block you, really useless app.

This app is hopeless. There’s no link between the app and logging on via a browser, unlike Takealot or Woolworths, so you have to add everything to your cart again if you want to swap between phone and computer. The returns system is hopeless. The chat bot sometimes doesn’t allow you to get to chat with a human, and when you finally get there, the process is manual and tedious
