Exceptionally bad customer experience

I wanted to do a return on a Cotton On item that I collected at another store. The Bash app said I can either go into the store from where the item came from (Cotton on) or courier, so I went into the store. Cotton On could only do an exchange, so I headed to the store where I collected the item from as per their instructions where I was told I needed a slip. I eventually got the slip and returned to the store a second time just to be told unfortunately they don't do returns that are not part the TFG group. Luckily the person helping was so friendly and helped me to call Bash to figure out what to do. She thanked me for being patient, they mentioned that so many customers have this exact same issue and scream and yel at them. Bash, be better. These people don't deserve to be treated like this due to the app's shortfalls. Product designers, be better. Make sure you understand the entire customer experience before sending us on a wild frustrating goose chase. Deleting this app and sticking to Superbalist.

Why is it that with each app update we do we have to log in again? Not cute an experience … please fix. Also fix deep links from social media platforms to the app. You see an item on social media, the link on item takes you to the app home page, not the item. Please fix that too - not mindful at all!

Hi Bash 1st of, I adore your quick delivery and I commend you for that but I bought a pair of bras which were on sale and they are filthy like they have been worn please address the cleanliness of the garments before you dispatch coz your shops are a go to for last minute shopping for anything but the dirt stunt really shakes my love for you. I hope you don’t look back on how little or more I’ve spent and sort this out😔

No Online Returns

I cannot support an online shopping app that does not handle online returns. Absolutely archaic. Awful!!!

Disappointed

I am deeply disappointed with my recent sneaker orders. While the first pair arrived on time, the second order was canceled a week later due to transit damage. I was informed that a refund would be automatically processed upon cancellation. I am frustrated that I was not given the option to receive the same item, which is still available in my size in-store. I specifically made this purchase to take advantage of the Black Friday sale, and the 10 working day refund waiting period (about 14 days including weekends) is unreasonable. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I pay for the order at 29 November and I haven’t received it yet this is the 6th day no positive feedback but in your website you said it takes 3-5 days but that’s not true based on what I see even today there’s no response no update and whatsoever 😡😡😡

Unfortunately i don’t have anything good to say as Ive had 2 bad experiences thus far. I think its better to look elsewhere if customer service is high on your priority list.

Deleted profile and app. Absolutely pathetic. Wish at home would just go back to their own independent website and online sales. Bash is useless and pathetic.
