Exceptionally bad customer experience
I wanted to do a return on a Cotton On item that I collected at another store. The Bash app said I can either go into the store from where the item came from (Cotton on) or courier, so I went into the store. Cotton On could only do an exchange, so I headed to the store where I collected the item from as per their instructions where I was told I needed a slip. I eventually got the slip and returned to the store a second time just to be told unfortunately they don't do returns that are not part the TFG group. Luckily the person helping was so friendly and helped me to call Bash to figure out what to do. She thanked me for being patient, they mentioned that so many customers have this exact same issue and scream and yel at them. Bash, be better. These people don't deserve to be treated like this due to the app's shortfalls. Product designers, be better. Make sure you understand the entire customer experience before sending us on a wild frustrating goose chase. Deleting this app and sticking to Superbalist.
