The app needs updates it has to be more user friendly For example when I go off the app or get a call and come back I need to refresh the app by closing and opening the app again so I can listen again

Play issue

Before the last update it used to play from whatever time you left it in Now it always play from the beginning :(( In this way you can’t complete from where you stopped the last time ! Please fix it Thanks jazakom allahu khairan

Purchased a Year Membership and Can’t Access Content

Hey guys, I purchased a year membership and I can’t seem to access the content from within. Can you please look into this and see why I can’t access anything?

Crashing!

Assalam O Alaikum Bayyinah team! I have a problem. The app crashes as soon as it opens, after the loadin, it gives me a block screen, and.....I am back at my home screen. My phone is compatible too! I am using an iPhone 6s! Please fix this issue! JazakALLAH Khaira

the app isnt working

although i have subscribed it, after i log in it doesnt take me to app ..instead some sort of error is appearing, it says IAP eroor i have been using this app for a while and it has been an amazing experience but lately im facing the issue. it would be appreciated if someone contact me and fix the issue for me

Blank screen when tapping Past Dream Sessions

Does not load anything. Waited and tried several times. Does not also show a loading indicator so I have no idea if it’s doing anything. Also if you tap the cross on then video to make it smaller (from landscape) the speed setting resets. Otherwise so happy playback speed can now be changed. Thank you! Also please fix this when accessing videos from the website directly when using an iPhone or an iPad.
