I used the application for many years, it was ok at the start and i had subscription to an astronomy magazine. even bought the complete your collection package. Now even after reinstalling the app i cannot even access any of my magazines and the option to “recover” the previously purchase in-app package terminate with an error. even the app main page cannot load any magazine content. stay clear of such rip-off. I’m so angry having lost all my content!
I’ve been chasing support for months for this app. I get no option for magazines to purchase. My purchase from my subscriptions I’ve had for years no longer available. Have two support cases and no updates for weeks. I’ve now cancelled my subscription. Such a shame, not the fault of teh magazine, it’s the app developers and “support”. Do not download.
Since the latest so-called „update“ it does not even restore any of the several in-app purchases done over the recent years. Seems that keeping the basic functionality of their so-called „magazine app“ is not among ghe strengthnof their „programmers“…. Very very disappointing….
The magazines are good but the app is very annoying. Advertisements every day without the option to turn it off. All I want to know, is the new issue available.
The latest update to this now means I'm unable to continue reading the magazine, 3 months into an annual subscription! One rather disgruntled reader now, to say the least! Unfortunately, one has to give a rating from 1 to 5 stars. If possible I'd not give any stars due to the update, but I'm forced to give it 1 star just to post this review of a m I'm no longer able to enjoy!
