When will there be both a firmware and App (and infrastructure) that works!?
I own an ultraQ mounted to my Monolith Ceramic Grill. The price difference between standard (without BBQ Guru) and a OEM fitted fan plus UltraQ was around 400 Euros. I suppose it’s mainly parts worth 30USD in production if you produce at large scale. So I was expecting the big difference in the software and user experience. I am waiting now for almost 3 years for fan control unit that delivers on the features i paid for. This is ridiculous. I can still only control the unit via BT in a reliable way. Share my cook login cannot be fully validated, since I cannot enter a German mobile phone number. You should not sell the product outside of the US if you cannot handle international customers. When I tried to raise a ticket to the support mail address, I get a non delivery notification.
I have reinstalled the app and redone the login. The Firmware says 4.0.0.1 which seems to be the latest.
What are the plans to improve the whole thing? Also I tested with 3 different WIFI access points. It’s all the same problem.

Macht doch bitte die App WLan - fähig, damit auch der CyberQ genutzt werden kann!!
Wlan wird nicht angezeigt
Man ist mit WLan verbunden, wird aber nicht angezeigt. Und beim verlassen des Bluetooth bereich, wird keine änderung der temp angezeigt. Viel geld für ein Wlan Gerät (Ultraq) was nur Bluetooth kann.
Schlechter gehts kaum
So viel Geld für den UltraQ und dann so einen schlecht App.
Sobald man die App schließt, bricht die Verbindung ab! Speziell für Low and Slow ein absolutes No Go!

Ultra Q bricht die Verbindung ab und friert dann eine Reglung funktioniert dann nicht mehr und Grill geht aus… dafür soviel Geld BBQ Deutschland konnte kein Fehler finden. Aber was soll ich sagen, das Teil funktioniert nicht…
