Outdated doesn’t even begin to explain the flaws and terrible UI experience that someone somehow managed to create. I’m a Transfer Student and my previous schools mobile app blows this one out of the water. This app is super buggy the digital ID sucks. There’s a little no useful information on the app coupled with a horrible UI. This app is straight up trash, embarrassing that the CUNY system and specifically BC has created and maintained something so disorganized and dysfunctional. I’m sure somehow CUNY bureaucracy bloat and poor internal management have lead to this app being essentially useless. Every time I open the app it gives me a constant error message without an option to login again.
