Very disappointed. Very slow to load all features and does not show all major roads. Makes emergency planning difficult. Bring back the desktop version for community planning. Having only an app on your phone doesn’t help remote communities with spotty wifi and poor cell coverage. Thanks.

No point in a more detailed review .

Good wildfire information, as long as it loads. Certain features, such as evacuation regions, don’t always load, even when re-enabled or after an app relaunch. Fires shown as “declared out” don’t give you details on discovery date, cause, etc.; only the name of the fire itself. It also seems like the app is trying to download more data than necessary, as simple information that shouldn’t be a kilobyte for one wildfire shouldn’t take over a second to load…

If you’re going to force mobile users to use this app at least put the effort into making it decent. This isn’t worth the time to install it!

Pretty well near useless, not updated in a timely manner or not at all!

This used to work on my browser. I don’t want to have to navigate the poorly setup download prompt that took my to the Google play store 3 times before finally I searched the app in the Apple App Store. Terribly set up for emergency situations, not easily accessible at all.

Information is days out of date and it doesn’t load the details properly most of the time. Emergency notifications pop up on phone with no details but don’t appear in the app. DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE NEAR A WILD FIRE. THE FIRMS map from NASA is a much better source of information.

Seriously, complete waste of time waiting for it to load. Quicker to google and find the update myself.

This app won’t open properly you go to zoom in on an area and half the screen goes blank. You go fires near me it just stalls and then says error at server
