Staying on task seems is a real challenge for our screen-bound generation. The Be Focused lets you get things done by breaking up individual tasks among discrete intervals, separated by short breaks. It’s a surprisingly effective way to retain motivation and focus. Create tasks, configure breaks and track your progress throughout the day, week or custom period. Use either your iPhone, iPad or Mac – your devices always stay in sync.

Usefull and simple

This app is the most simple and effective tool I have, for organizing ny workflow.

Perfect when using multiple devices

The sync works great. But it lacks ability to change the current timer, in cases where starting/stopping was hindered or forgotten. It's only possible to add a whole interval, not set the timer yourself, e.g. 10 minutes in.

Get's the job done

Could be a little more versatile when switching between break and work time, but other than that it seems like it's worth the buck.
