Staying on task seems is a real challenge for our screen-bound generation. The Be Focused lets you get things done by breaking up individual tasks among discrete intervals, separated by short breaks. It’s a surprisingly effective way to retain motivation and focus. Create tasks, configure breaks and track your progress throughout the day, week or custom period. Use either your iPhone, iPad or Mac – your devices always stay in sync.

Fantastic App

Simple, easy to use. Have been a user for almost a decade.

Works best on Mac

This is a great applicant but does not work as well on iPhone/iPad or Apple Watch as it does not sound alerts.

Simply Outstanding

Very powerful and effective to simply get things done. Instead of focusing time on planning, get things done is more effective. This is where managing and measuring work/study time is so useful. The data and graphs provide useful insight into outputs, which is great for self-review of time spent, and can also be exported. The seamless integration between iPhone/iPad/Mac is very convenient and works exceptionally well. A user can switch over to any device seamlessly in real-time without disruption to the clock. The UI is clean and well designed. Amazingly this is consistent across the app on all platforms. It feels simple, efficient, and “soft” on the eyes. Very pleasing app to use.

I’d give this app 5 stars if it didn’t trigger a “rate us” pop-up every time I use it.

Better integration with the Apple Watch

Love it but sometimes I miss some sessions. And it doesn’t stay on on the watch.
