For some odd reason I’m constantly needing to switch over to my laptop to actually access Building Engine. On the slim chance the app actually works it’s just not user friendly and simplistic to close and access work orders. Feels ancient and lost in the past.

Have to delete and download app multiple times for it to upload a picture or close out w.o bc if not everything gets stuck pending

Only app I have that I have uninstalled many times and reinstalled. Always updating and never improving.

The app is really slow . Half the time it just sits there and spins have to remove and reload app to get work orders. Would not recommend this for any business.

I just started a new job and we use building engines. This app doesn’t update at all and is all kinds of dumpster-fireness going on.

Try to complete tasks and the app fails all data is lost. Not very productive if you have to repeat over and over

Since mid last year an update was implemented that has completely screwed up the operation of the be mobile app. There tech support NEVER responds. And when they do it’s weeks if not months later and then you don’t hear from them again EVER until you submit yet another ticket. Which in most cases you won’t get a response to. Just a huge headache and a waste of time. What a horrible way to screw up something that worked flawlessly for the first few years we had Building Engines incorporated in our Building. Now it’s useless and a huge waste of time when originally this was a big time saver. Such a shame. Months and months of promises from tech support and no one can figure it out …..

Please delete this app, this is so unstable it needs so much work just remove it from the App Store 🙃

This app is garbage. Spent an hour filling out all of my PM inspections just to have it not save any of it after completing .

Swipe to go back would be a huge improvement. I use two different accounts, one works great and the other is a total lemon. It “updates” constantly and won’t let you log back in of you log out. I’ve had to delete and reinstall multiple times. It’s just slow, crashes, and is not intuitive in any way, shape, or form. Good luck. I have to use it because that’s what my company uses. If I didn’t have to, I wouldn’t open it again and never look back.
