Phần giao hàng phải có thêm bên người gửi hoặc người nhận thanh toán tiền để shiper yên tâm giao hàng chứ hiện tại chỉ có thanh toán tiền mặt hoặc thẻ thôi , tiền ship auto người gửi trả
Huỷ chuyến
Nay rất nhiều tài xế không đón khách cũng không gọi báo để khách chờ 30p mới đón được chuyến. Xế yêu cầu khách tự huỷ là không đúng nhưng để đặt chuyến khác khách phải huỷ mấy chuyến. Rất bực mình!
